I used to have one of those Dip/Stick 160 machines. Was a BEAST. Couldn't do light gauge very well the way it was setup, but holy cow, 1/4" and bigger was a dream. Smooth arc, and plenty of power....

Based on how clean that coil looks, I think I would still at least get a quote from a local steel service to decoil and straighten. There is a ton of stored energy there looking for a way to escape.
