Seems to me the case has taken some abuse. They do look like cracks. A Dye Penetrate test should be able to confirm if they are cracks. They can be welded to correct the defects, in IMHO.

Finished up the bottom portion of the gun mount...

Finished up the bottom portion of the gun mount today. At least until I decide what to line it with. The socket has four drain holes so no water collection.

The mobile home tires are the only real issue with those axles. What load rating requires brakes in your country? You may not have to have brakes and hauling that Jeep would not require brakes IMHO.

My Bobcat 225G is that way too. Never had to use it as a generator, but still may in the future. The longest outage we have had is 3 hours in the last 14 years.

No first hand experience, but I cannot remember the last time I needed more than 145 amps. Usually max used is around 130 amps. Never had anything with a Briggs 10 hp either.
