Cummins engine fuel question

Got another forklift with a possible fuel issue.

Fuel filters have been changed regularly at every two oil changes or so.
Ever so often it will begin to run a bit rough an a smidge low on power....

The Perkins shop/house had the seals on the shelf. Problem solved and engine was running by 8 this am. Good oil flow up top. Buttoned up and in use by 10.

These are not lug bolts. Not same taper. Made 12 conical wshrs to fit csnk in an hour. Work great. Saved a ton. Found some milled stock to make a dozen conical nuts as well.
