Door Question
Please check the photo of the top of my roll up door...(other one is the same).. there is a 5-7" gap at the top.. is this normal?

the answer to your question is,no,its not normal you have a piece of trim or something missing,go check a new door and you will see what your are missing,john

By the way, I need to clarify that - it's Irfanview, not Iview. There is now a Microsoft-owned software out there that's pretty expensive, named Iview.

:o Oops, Cutter to the rescue again.:p Irfanview...Irfanview

Britej, there is something wrong, butthe pic is too dark to tell very much....too small as well. May need to see a pic of the inside at the door head to be sure. Every door like that I have seen has been tight to the wall. I have a suspicion what may be wrong, but I have to see the inside to be sure.

I'm going to agree with Don on the pics being dark but I will hazard a guess and say that the door was mounted too low in the opening.
