Interesting, the valve is a common fuel dispenser valve, you can get the
1" npt non auto-shutoff one at TSC pretty cheaply....

98 gpm at what rpm ?

With 2 outlets/inlets it is probably a 2 section pump.

This should enable you to "downshift" to only 1 section.
